FAQ

Q: Can I pick up my order to save on shipping?

A: Orders ship from multiple warehouses depending on the product, so an "in-store pickup" option is not available.

 

Q: I want to order something that isn't shown on the website.  Is that possible?

A: We can accommodate most special requests.  Please email sales@redcanoepromotions.com with your request.

 

Q: How long til my order ships?

A: Turnaround time is typically 2-4 weeks, depending on the product.  If you need your order sooner, please let us know.  Depending on the production schedule, we may be able to rush your order.

 

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

A: Your order will proceed to production 24 hours after you submit it.  If you need to cancel or change your order, please reply to your order confirmation with any changes needed within the 24 hour time frame.  After 24 hours we may be unable to make changes or cancel your order.

 

Q: What is your refund policy?

A: If there is a manufacturing defect or a problem with the decoration, we will gladly replace the item.

 

Q: How do I pay for my order?

A: Once you submit your order online, we'll email an invoice to the email address you provided at checkout.  At that time, you can pay your invoice by check or with any major credit card.  Payments are due within 30 days.
